How to book a private lesson using iClassPro

   Access the customer portal

   Log in to the iClassPro customer portal with your username and password.

   Navigate to Appointments

   Look for the Appointments or Lessons section in the main menu.

   Select Private Lessons

   Choose Private Lessons from the list. This shows available spots in Coach Luke's schedule and the lesson durations offered.

   Choose your instructor and time slot

   Each instructor has their own schedule. Select Coach Luke's schedule if you're looking for a casual private with him, then pick an available time that works for you.

   Review and confirm your booking

   Check the date, time and instructor's name, then confirm your appointment.

   Payment

   Payment is required at the time of booking. Follow the prompts to pay with the card set up on your account.

   Receive confirmation

   You'll receive a confirmation email with the lesson details. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

   Manage your appointments

   To reschedule or cancel, go back to the Appointments section where you can view and adjust upcoming lessons.
